theres this guys who i reallllly like. people also think he likes me, too, just because he always looks at me and talks to me. But, I told my friend to tell him that I like him. So, my friend told him that i like him, and now he seems to pay much more atention to me and want to talk to me more and stuff. is that normal? (link)

i would say that is a good thing.
it means hes interested and probably wants to get to know you better, so when he asks you out its not awkward.
flirt with him, make plans with him.. just be yourself and everything else will fall into place. =]
