This boy & I have been flirting/messsing with eachother all school year now. Everyone can tell we like eachother but neither of us will make a serious move. I know he won't because his friends will tease and he's a little shy/immature. I'm afraid of rejection & being teased. It's the end of the year and this boy is one in a million, I like him very much. What can I do to let him know being friends isn't enough and over the summer I want to see him? (link)

I've been in this situation before & you're very lucky. Being friends with eachother & flirting alot is a good sign that you like eachother. However, one of you needs to make a move. The traditional way is for guys to ask girls out but HEY this is the 21st century so ANYTHING goes. He's probably feeling the same way you are. Afraid of rejection. Even though you like him, he may not know that for sure or he may not have enough proof to be confident enough to ask you out. If you talk to him online, start a conversation about how summer is almost here and how you're gonna miss him. If he replies with missing you as well, suggest that the two of you hang out. If you don't talk online, you could always leave a friendly message in his yearbook, with your # telling him you'd love to hang out sometime. Remember to put plenty of heart's & xo's! If you need any more help, feel free to let me know!

First off, make sure you never stop being a good guy. Even if you're feeling a bit ignored and that all the "bad guys" are getting the girls, don't change. The good guys always win in the end and I preffer them. From a girl's point of view, I think you should just try making friends with some girls. Friendship means you'll get to spend time with more girls and they will eventually end up having some sort of feelings for you because when you spend alot of time with a certain person who is of opposite gender, you can develope a crush. Girls also like guys they can trust so building a relationship based on friends is the best way to show them that. Good luck & if you ever need any help, feel free to ask me.
