I am a male, 15, and lately I've been wondering about something. There are many girls in our school and grade. I am a gentleman and open doors, get chairs, etc. for the girls. It is pretty much the same way with my friends, we are all like that. But the girls in our school keep saying they like "skaters" or "skaters are soo hot" and we really are wondering what is wrong with us. Not to boast, but all of us are good looking. The girls just keep talking about "skaters." So why is it like this, and do girls not like gentlemen or something?

Im the same age as you, and alot of boys in my school try the same thing. They try and be such great gentlemen. But girls are different, we ususally want a bad boy. Not in the larger sense, but in the case of like skaters. The skaters just attract to us more easily. I mean yea its great to have a really nice and sensitve guy areound, but that can also be dull. And no one wants to have a dull relationship, everyone wants new exciting things, and girls think that they wont find that in the good guys that always play by the rules. It may be kind of hard to realize but everyone wants something different so maybe you need to find someone thatw ants a good guy like yourself. The skaters just catch the girls eye easier so the girls obsess about them even more. Dont worry about theres nothing wrong with being a gentlemen infact its a great quality to have, some just may not see it yet.
