Alright, so I just started going out with this guy and he goes to college about 45 minutes away. He's come to visit a couple times this past month and tonight when we were talking, the whole distance thing was brought up. Like how to do it. How to not be sad or upset about not getting to see each other for a week or so. I love being with him & look forward to seeing him but I just would like to know some ways to make this a little easier. I've never been in a long-distance relationship so this is all new to me. i think you should talk to him more about it..and let him know that its really hard for you. but let him know that he can trust you...and that you wont let distance break yall up. tell him you miss him. it usually helps to talk on the phone a lot, it makes it feel more like yall are together...

I'm a fifteen year old female. I used to go out with this kid, Jake. He and I always had fun, but I thought he cheated on me, so I broke up with him. He told me he didn't, but I didn't believe him. I finally asked the girl I though he cheated with, and she was really surprised that I would think that. So I was wrong, and I was really mean to him. I got an email from him saying sorry for making me think that, and that he still really liked me. I feel like such a jerk, and I still really like him too! What should I do? (link)

OMG i know exactly how you feel, something exactly like that happend to me like 1/2 a year ago...what i did is i told him i was sorry and i told him i still liked him too. i told him that i would never treat him like that ever again. so then, we started hanging out again for like, 2 weeks and then we got back together, just be honest and reamember that everything happens for a reason!
