k i have this guy friend who im really close with named "JoE".."joe" tells me ALOT of his personal shit, and if he ever cheated on a girl, id be tha only person he would tell..but im starting to like him more than a friend and his other best guy friend told my other best guy friend that he liked me too. the problem is he seriously is SUCH a HUGE FLIRT..like hes all over every girl he knows even if he doesnt like them..but hes not like that with me ofcourse cause we are 2 close for that and i dont fall for that shit..he has a reputation of being a player, etc..im scared ill be his next "victim"..what should i dO (link)

tell the guy how ya feel and if he wants to hook up let him know its not gonna happen if dosnt chill down on the flirting, and if he is really into you then he shold understand and be cool with it, if he freaks out and says forget it, well than you know hes just not worth it yet but keep workin with him (with out gettin on his nerves and pissin him off) and maybe you'll soon b together

hey girl! im a flyer too i know the nerves you get! just keep trying your best! dont blame yourself for it either it brings your confidence level way down, also get to know your base and be friends let them know that you are nervous about going back up and keep in mind if they drop you they are the ones that have to the extra laps (or w/e your coach may do to them) but try to overcome your nerves ppl expect you to b nervous.. show 'em your stronger than that! flying is the best part!
