OK so I know this is pretty immature and kinda dumb but I'm 17 and I thought this guy was gay because he once said he was on Facebook but apparently he's not not only do I feel bad but now that I've learned more about him I really like him like I want to date him like him, but now I'm afraid he hates me Bc I thought he was gay. He doesn't know I like him mainly because I wouldn't know what to say and I'm scared to tell him. My best friend works with him and with all I know he's really sweet but I feel I totally blew any chance I had. I'm even more intimidated by telling him because he's in a band which I find extremely cool making me more nervous. I don't even know what to do. (link)

Slow down. if you want to know how he feels, try getting closer to him. if your afraid to ask him out, plan a group thingy in which you and him and a bunch of your other friends hangout. Make a move. depending on how things go, you can probably determine whether you should just get over him or keep pursuing. But dont chase after him, if he is interested in you, he should put in some effort too.
