my boyfriend was an ass. i dumped him. but i cant keep myself off his myspace checking up on him. we are both the jealous types. throughout the whole relationship we'd get iffy about either of us talking to other girls/guys. now that we're apart i have to see if he's been talking to other girls. i hate it, but i want to know. on the other hand, signs of him flirting/dating/falling someone else would hurt me a lot and id be pissed, so quite frankly i DONT want to know. how can i stop this madness?

hey this is brandy and i think you should start by deleting him off your page and try not to think about him and when you get those urges to "check-up on him" just do some thing else like for example .......polish your toe nails,clean the house,eat,exercise,watch tv,etc (you get the point)!
