I'm 13/f and I'm generally really thin. I weight 90lbs. My arms and legs are really long and skinny. But the problem is that my stomache bothers me soooo much. I realized yesturday when I was bending over that I have like three rolls. And I have one permanent crease! Is this normal? How can I get it to go away before summer? Am I fat? Any ideas or anyone who says anything that helps will really help me. I rate 5's to all. Thanks. (link)

1.I am on a diet and my mom bought me these chewy wholesome granola bars. I dont know if alot of people eat them...but are bad for you?
2.How many calories and carbs should i have a day for sufficent weight loss?

1. Granola bars are healthy for you.
2. For example if you have 2000 calories and day but only burn off 1800 the remaining 200 will turn into fat. You should eat the amount of calories that you know you can burn off.

Ok so i'm 5 feet six inches, and about 114lbs, am i heading on the right track? I'm not sure.....Oh yeah i'm also 13 years old. I'm gonna exercise and stuff to get a little more toned. Would it be healthy to lose about 10 lbs? I already know what to do to lose weight.

no you don't need to lose weight! If you were like 5 foot 1 then you would need to lose weight but your not.
