Q: I have really short arms, so they look fatter than other people's arms. I really hate it -I work out alot and I'm in shape, muscular everywhere, including my upepr amrs. They are just so short that no matter what - they look fat! How can I make it so my short arms look normal - not fat? I eat well and I am a perfect weight, I don't eat junk food and I have a extremely healthy diet, so dieting won't really make a difference. Is there anthing I can do?!

Q: 13/f--->Hey guys, i have a weight problem, i weigh about 215 and well i never realized how fat i was until i really looked in the mirror. I started to run and im doing volleyball so we have to run for like 2 and a half hours straight and i'm going to start excersizing with my friend.I also don't drink any soda or eat junk food now. Do you guys have any ideas, i know youve seen so many of these, but im talking about motivation. Also any websites, ive heard of teentone

girl you are 13 years old, becoming a teen. all teen go throught this. I don't think you need worry about your weigh. i think you jsut do some sports or do more things that stuff. I think truth is you need to eat but here
breafast, eat wheat grand.
between there and lunch maybe a fuit or something. lunch eat a small meal. then later dont eat before 8. drink lot of water before you eat. I think just do what you do and yoga would be the best if you like to relexed if not go your libaray or video store get Tie bo. that is fun to do..
hope i help, i love to exiceise but your young and i think you should have fun and belive me i am almost adult now once while kinda wish i was kid again. don't grow up to fast.


Q: okay well here it goes. Im 5'3 and i weight about 190(i know im fat) but i wanna go down to about 140. I want to loose it by Christmas. Does any one know any tips on how i can loose the weight and some exercises that will help along the way? please let me know im really want to loose weight.
don't worry about it to much, just go out and have fun. do something that you enjoy like walking or maybe swimming lot.. plus playing sports.. if you really like to excire don't try to hard. go libaray or stores get some step by step videos.. my best is Yoga.. I don't think your fat nobody is and i think that you try to have more condvince in your self and just go with the flow and plus have fun this summer. dont worry about your weight.. dont want end up oppessed. i hase onece..
