Please tell me some ab workouts other than crunches/situps that work mad fast and i dont need equipment for!! =]

well you could always try standing crunches, you feel the burn if you do them right.
basically you stand and raise your right leg and bring it into your chest and like curl down, if that makes sense?
so it's like a crunch but your standing, so there's not as much strain on your neck and back.
also i know you didn't want crunches, but if you go to youtube and search for 8 minute abs, they work and you really feel the burn.
