do boys mind if a girl is a little over wieght.. like a little bit of a pot belly?
and would it be a reason for them not to ask her out?
hey if whoever this guy is doesnt ask you out because of a little chub here and there, you dont want him anyway. if you guys went out, it wouldnt last. any guy who is like that is shallow, period.
ok well im doing the seventeen workout in the june issue and it says its a 15 minute workout but it only takes me 4 minutes and it makes me really mad because i dont no what im doing wrong help me
oh and i do exactaly what it says in workout
i rate high
well do the reps a lot slower so you get more out of them and do more reps. keep repeating the exercises for about 15 minutes or add on some additional exercises to complete your workout. seventeen workouts dont usually work that well anyway - but they can be a good addition to cardio and strength training.
I'm not worried about my weight but I'm just curious... I've been keeping track of my weight daily, and sometimes the scale gives back some weird numbers. Like, I've heard that it's unhealthy to lose more than 1 or 2 pounds a week, but I'll go to bed one night and wake up 4 pounds lighter. It's so strange. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Or is my scale messed up? Or am I just weird? Thanks ahead!
yeah your scale could be a little messed up, but you DO lose weight at night.. think about it. you dont eat for like 8 hourse so when you wake up, your empty - dont worry its normal.. you gain it back during the day. its a never-ending process
