I have never really been "fat" but I am not skinny. I am 5'2 and 105 lbs. I have been anorexic and got put in the hospital, but call me crazy but we live in a world where looks get you farther than anything. I run and eat healthy, but i hope some of you can give me some healthy dieting advice that won't get me put in the hospital or make me sick.... (link)

Always start the day with a low GI high fibre breakfast. Cereals are awesome because you can add frozen blueberries, nuts, dried fruit, real fruit ANYTHING that is highly nutritious and contains antioxidants.
Never purchase refined cerals. You can assess that info from the nutrition guidelines.
Basically, you want vitamin B, Iron, and calcium from cereals.
Oats are excellent and lower blood cholesterol in return lowering blood pressure.
Breakfast aids in increasing metabolism, increasing brain funtion, and increasing energy levels.
Green tea is a wonder drink and has been connected too breaking down bad fats, and is high in antioxidants. You can always add honey for as a natural sweetener.
AVOID processed foods. Or any food that is diminishing natural habitats or depleteing species.
Five plus a day everyday! 3 vegetables and two pieces of fruit EVERY DAY!! The more colourful the better. The portion size should be the size of your palm.
They can be raw, dried, steamed BUT NEVER BOIL VEGETABLES you loose all the nutrients as they are water soluable...You can even see the loss in the water.
Also, The fresher the better (Maybe learn to grow your own?)
Avoid supplements. What you get in pill form is grown naturally.
Get creative with salads. THEY ARE NOT BORING nor are they for rabbits!! They can seriously fill you up!!
You should invest in a nutritionist who will design a diet specifically for you and your needs.
You should NOT give a FUCK about media, marketing ploys, and how others look.
Everyone is unique.
Be happy with who you are.
Beauty is from the heart.
