im about 155 lbs and 5'4' i mean im not that overweight but definately a little, right? and i want to lose weight quickly i guess...does anyone know a good way or what types of exercises i can do and how much? thanks! (link)

if you want to loose a bit of weight try a diet. while on that diet while it is still nice out go out and run or walk a little bit everyday. my mom usually walks for about and hour a day and has lost some pretty good weight while doing it. or try to get a little active like sports.
