Q: iam 15, and i weigh only 100 lbs. im 5'4". so im inproprotioned. but im a lil puggy. i used to work out everyday. then i got into a wreck and couldnt,because of my medical stability. i want to work out again. but with physical therapy and school and cheerleading and everything, i dont have much time. what can i do to tone up a lot, with out taking too much time. ill rate high

ok well i'm 14 5'6 130 and i'm actually a normal weight but i have alot of mucle so personalaly i thin u are doing a great thing by exeercising and if you want goin for a run mabey 4-3 times a week could help :)
