Hi! Well, I'm 14/f. I've been working out, eating healthy, ya know. well, When I work out, I don't feel like I'm doing much. I'm kinda big, and trying to loose weight. The things I do when I work out are palaties, walk/run/jog on treadmil, weights, sit-ups, push-ups. So I do a lot, and I work out 5 times a week, so why aren't I seeing any results or feeling anything? How many months does it take to start seeing results? thanks! (link)

You have to remember that when you first srart working out your body thinks that it needs the extra body fat for energy, you will actually gain weight the first 2-3 weeks! Then you will slowly lose weight! So keep eating right and working out! So any more questions IM me on AIM at xxAMS15xx

Well...what was your level of excercising before?
If you did nothing...then you are
But if you ran, or did something else, then maybe not
I mean people run 15 miles everyday...
And its not over excercising
So maybee...
So if you are extremely sore, and really tiredd, then lower your workload....
Hope I helped
