How can I get 2 sizes smaller (in jeans) fast? I use these workouts that I found in the Seventeen magazine. You're supposed to get a hot body in 2 weeks. But is there anything that I can add to it? I don't really like running because I used to a lot and it didn't help.

Do a lot of squats and leg exercises. Try pilates because that helps you to slim down rather than build up muscles. Also, I'd definitely recommend swimming. Do a lot of leg exercises and tredding. Good luck!
