im 13 and i weigh 142 pounds. i know i am overweight and i have a big schedule but i need to lose weight! can anyone please give me some quick excercises i can do because i want to lose 4 pounds in one month. also any foods would be good too. (link)

I had the same problem and i weighed 142 and went to 138.All you need to do is make sure you jog for ten mninutes each day also eat three times a day NO! snacks.Make sure after lunch and dinner you eat at least one fruit.This is easy it dident even take me a month just twoweeks.
