i sweat a lot when ever i am working out. so in team practice it gets a little annoying and embarsing...what do i do? (link)

well, just try using deoderant even if you still sweat a little it wont smell. also, take a small towel w/ you to practice and whenever you have a chance, use it to wipe off the sweat. i would think w/ deoderant and a towel you should look and smell fine. hope i helped!!! :)

my dad tells me this ALL THE TIME, and i think its pretty good advice. and its as simple as abc, its easier said than done. EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE. if you eat right and exercise, you should be healthily slim. i guess there are a lot of ways 2 "eat right", but a good amount of vitamins, fiber and calcium, and not as much carbs should do the trick.
