You could always get a breast reduction...like professionally. I dont know any other way. If you dont have the money...you should just suck it up and except the fact that your size is your size and you cant change that. AsH!

ok i asked the ? about getting into shape. you told me to drop one in you inbox saying how my days go so here it is:
when i wake up i do my first set of crunches. i eat fruit for breakfast. throughout the whoel day i do multiple sets of exercises (not only crunches but stretches and push ups as well) for lunch i'll have a sandwich and for dinner i usually eat cereal or sumthing small. i might have a snack on some days but it will usually be more fruit. i dont no what im doing wrong but also my back hurts like crap everyday ever since i got into doing the crunches. which has been around a month now. i thought it would go away but it hasnt so far. any comments on anything im doing wrong?

Well...you said that you ate cerial 4 dinner? Ok...you need to eat 3 good, solid meals. And try not to have too many snacks. There is also sugar in fruit so mayb that can be causing something to go wrong. And about that back...your body might not b used to those crunches. I do crunches a lot just and i go on the stationary bike we have too. I do it to keep my adrenalin up...but my body wasnt so used to it at first. Stretch before you exercise and mayb that will help ova time. AsH!

ok, i want to get into really good shape for the upcoming school year because i plan on working out hard over the course of the year. im trying to get my stomach to get really flat and its not working. i do sit ups every single day and i do a total of at least 4500 in a week. i stretch everyday too and i go on walks as often as possible, probably a few times a week. i swim twice or three times a week too but nothing seems to have any affect on my body. any advice? plz help! i rate high for any reasonable answer (link)

Thses things dont just happen...you need to eat right too! You cant go off exercising and then expect to eat cake when you get home and expect to loose a few pounds. Send me an inbox of how your days go and i can tell you what to correct or do! AsH!
