Okay, I am only 13, 5`1, and I way 133 pounds! Everyone thinks I look normal and I look about 100 pounds. Anyways, i want to lose my stomach fat, how would running for 1/4 a mile everyday day and 4+ minutes of situps get me in 3 weeks? (link)

Well I think in order to see good results you need to run are walk at least a mile a day and do alot of situps to help ur stomach the other key to weight loss is eating healthy..dont stop eating because u will gain weight when u do that..just restrict the amount of fatty foods just try and eat like veggies and fruits! GOOD LUCK

ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?
I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case? (link)

well i think u arent really overweight it really just depends on ur body type and if u are really into losing some weight you could run, do sit ups and sqwats for ur thighs.. i cant really think of nething else and if u dont like veggies eat saleds and things with stuff that u like.
