ok, i want to get into really good shape for the upcoming school year because i plan on working out hard over the course of the year. im trying to get my stomach to get really flat and its not working. i do sit ups every single day and i do a total of at least 4500 in a week. i stretch everyday too and i go on walks as often as possible, probably a few times a week. i swim twice or three times a week too but nothing seems to have any affect on my body. any advice? plz help! i rate high for any reasonable answer

Ive been walking about 7 miles on weekdays and eating healthier and i've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Most people would say thats not healthy but i dont care...i actually worked hard by doing that. Try to substitute a meal with a salad and a fruit as a snack. And walk and exersize instead of laying down and watching t.v. It takes time though so dont get discouraged...and the first few days you might gain some weight because you'll be gaining muscle. Hope that helps, if u need any more advice feel free to ask

okay i know this is nasty- but you know how when you work out, etc, sweating makes you loose calories or w/e? Well just say you work out for a long long time, and sweat alot, and you don't get home for awhile and so you cant take a shower and wash the sweat off of your body, so the sweat like sinks back into you kinda or it dries up or w/e.. ew i know gross, but does that mean you dont loose any weight cause the sweat just went back into ur body?? [gross i know]

Nope. it doesnt mean that ur not gonna loose weight

Drink HELLA water, excersize reguraly, and cut down on junk food.

hey im skinny...but like my thighs and stomach and upper arms are flabby!! i wanna get fit and tonned for skool which starts sept 8th...lately ive been jumping on my trampoline ALOT!! will that help?? where will it make me fit..will it help my stomach and stuff..just a big trampoline..

Maybe it would help if you like dance around or jump around on it. lol. But try to jumprope and do crunches and stuff like that in addition to the trampoline.
