doing all the excercises ive seen on here no one has said how long it takes to get a 6 pack, sooo. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A 6 PACK! im male/15 thats fairly slim. (link)

well i'm in fair shape right now and ive been doing two exercises, for about a week and my 6 pack is coming together. i just need to work on my lower 2, which would take about another week or 2.
