ok i weigh about like 168, somewhere around there, 15yrs old/female. I am active. I do siwm team during the week, abdominals, work out videos, and i eat healthy and im cutting back more. But i want to know if anyone has a faster way to get the fat and weight off faster in a healthy way. I would really like to weight like 150, but i want to start off small first so please help! (link)

You try a work out dvd.. that is right for you to do same time everyday.. try least alot of abs and arms work out and yet walk every day. morning and nights and drink alot of water. do least 8 push up and sit up everyday, or you can go youtube.com they have work out videos on there to.
