what would i have to do each day to get a six pack?? aww i really want a six pack but idk what to do to get it?? please please help me! ill rate high!
Well I was in hockey for 2 years and had a HOT six pack! Well after I stopped playing hockey I started to lose my six pack so I did 25 crunches, 25 jump tucks ( Jump as high as you can and tuck in your knees to your chest), and ran eveyday after school for two weeks! It work great! :)

i want a flat stomich...i know to exercize and stuff. But about how many caleries do i stick to eat day?
Well breakfast should be between 200 and 300 calories. Lunch-500-600 Snacks-200-300 Dinner-500-600 calories. This way you are health and this will help you get that flat stomich.
