Hi, my legs and thighs are very muscular from playing tennis. Is there any way I can slim them down and make them thin instead of so muscular?
Thanks so much
*i rate 5's*
Well, if they are thick and muscular and not very fat I wouldn't worry about it.
If you think they're too big, it's probably because you have some fat on them, too. I have that, but I like the way it makes my legs look.
In order to get slimmer on your thighs you either need to lose a.) fat, or b.) muscle. If you want 'slim' thighs, odds are you probably need to lose muscle, since you don't want them so muscular. I think guys like muscular legs. But your choice.
I recommend running (long distance) because if you look at endurance runners vs. sprinters, they are very stringy and lean.
i just bought a fairly tight-fitting dress for prom. i like it, but it shows a few bulges i dont want it to. is there any kind of workout that can burn some fat off my butt and stomach? are there any special foods that i should eat/not eat that can help? is there anyway to make the butt and stomach fat less noticable? thanks so much. i rate high for good answers.
Big butts are good!
Avoid starch, because it gives a less defined look. In about two weeks with no starch, it will give you more definition. You also need to work out your butt/ab muscles.
Avoiding grain helps with the fat...grain digests very slow. White bread and potatoes turn into sugar when they come into contact with your saliva.
Try to eat two eggs a day...they have great Omega 3s!
Also try to get a daily dose of protein through fish or kale.
