losing weight takes time! and i' sorry to say that you probably won't be able to meet your deadline :( but try some excercises targeting your "trouble zones" and you might see faster results. oh, and you probably need AT LEAST 1 hour of cardiovascular excercise (excercises that get your heart rate up ex running, swimming, jumping rope) to keep fit.

i'm 5"3 and 118 pounds.

is this too heavy? honesty, please.

also, im a bit lazy. but i want to start excersising and toning my arms, stomach, and thighs. does anyone know of any specific workouts or specific excersise plans that i can try at home

thanks! (link)
absolutley not! 118 lbs at 5'3" is perfectly healthy! however, if you want to get into shape the basics always help

arms:pushups (i know i know i HATE them, but they really work)

stomach/abs: crunches (keep in mind that they don't burn many calories they just tone the muscle) and leg lifts (sit straight against a wall with your legs in a wide V shape, lift one leg up, keeping it straight for 8 seconds and repeat with the other leg and then put your legs together and lift both simultaneously)

thighs: run up and down some stairs!!! it's easy and effective (and great for endurance too)
