I've been trying to get nice legs for a month, and I admit taht my usual 1.5 hour a day jog is helping.
But now I'm getting worried that my calves are going to get like really big and muscular.

Is there anyway to make them smaller
Or just tone my upper theighs?

Thanks a ton. (link)

1. Bent-Knee Extension

Targets hamstrings (back of thigh)
Lie faceup on floor with arms at sides, knees bent 90 degrees and heels shoulder-width apart on a stability ball. Lift hips toward the ceiling, being careful not to overarch back. Hold for 3 counts and lower. Repeat for 8 to 10 reps.

2. Seated Leg Raise

Targets quads (front of thigh)
Sit on floor with your back pressed into a wall, legs extended in front of you with feet flexed. Raise right leg off floor as high as you comfortably can, keeping foot flexed. Lower to floor without touching; do 20 continuous reps. Repeat with left leg.

3. Scissor Kick

Targets adductors (inner thigh)
Lie faceup on floor with arms at sides, palms down and legs extended. Lift legs about 45 degrees, pointing toes. Quickly open and close your legs, crossing the right thigh over the left and then reversing the movement. Continue scissoring legs; do 12 to 15 reps per side.

Man....I need to do this too!

Okay, so I know everyone asks tips on how to lose weight, and I'm sorry, but I am another one.

In three weeks, I am going to live at a beach for about a month. I would really like to be confortable with my body in a bathing suit.

I am not like obsese. I am about 5'4, probally a little less. I have fat thighs, and a not flat/kinda chubby stomach/hip area, everything else I'm okay with.

So please, just tips on more things I could do [I don't have access to a gym] Would just running/eating right be enough? but then how often/for how long should I run? Also how could I motivate myself? (link)
Eat a lot of salad and drink tons of water. Salad just breaks down into water anyways so that is good for you. Dont put fattening dressing on it either. Just put balsamic viniger mixed woth water. Eat fat free cottage cheese and fat free yogurt sweetened only by fruit juice. Dont eat carbs at night and dont eat past 6 o'clock at night. Limit your sugar intake. only eat natural sugars (but not too much). If you are going to eat carbs make sure that they are the good carbs...whole grain...like from oatmeal and stuff like that. Running is good and so are simple at home things that you can do. You can just move around and that is burning carbs. Motivation: Just think about your hot body and wonderful health benifits that you are goijng to recieve from this. You are going to feel better about yourself and feel more energized too. Those always motivate me! Hope this helps. :)
