The old singer of Saosin (Anthony Green) left the band, and started singing for Circa Survive. Cove is now the singer for Saosin. Those are the only relations. :]

hey does anyone know what "E.P." is?
because on band myspaces, it says "buy the E.P. for $6..send money to..."

an EP is the first cd the band produces together. it only has 5-6 songs on it at most.
after making the EP and touring with it a bit, they will either make another one, which isn't likely, or start their full length cd. which usually consists of the normal amount of songs, 16-20.

aww, corse not. =)
people can like whatever they want, and whoever makes fun of them for it is really immature and childish. i DO like differn't styles of music, but no one makes fun of me. they respect my music taste.
and to tell you the truth, the people who make fun of others for having their own opinions and taste in music, sound like ignorant idiots.
so keep listening to what you like, and don't stop just cause you think people will laugh at you for it.

hey i know it sounds stupid but wats moshing a frind of mines all like if ya cant dance lets just mosh(wer gunna go see a band) so can someone please pull me out the dark

as i have no ideawhat it is i put it in the closest catagory

when people are in a group, some might start pushing, shoving, hitting, slamming into eachother, etc. cause a circle of shoving, hitting people to form. this is moshing. basically, you just kick, hit, shove, push, etc. eachother around.

it's not THAT amazing/fun, and sometimes people get really hurt.

moshings lame anyway.

if you copy a cd that skips onto another cd will it still skip?

no they will not.
your original cds skip because there is damage to the cd causing it to skip. such as scratches, dust, or something else that has gotten onto it.

i used to buy shirts off this one great site, but i dont remember what it was called

im looking for shirts from bands like senses fail, the scene aesthetic, norma jean, fall of troy, a change of pace etc.

those are just a few options. other options are:

go to each bands myspace that you want to buy clothing from, and i'm 97% positive they will have links to where you can buy their merch.

also, go to their person websites.
like, www.sensesfail.com, www.normajean.com, etc.
they'll have links that either say "merch" or "store" just stuff like that. so search around their personal sites for that.

oh, and, since the scene aesthetic isn't very big yet, you might have to go to their myspace and search on their page for the link to where you can buy their merch. =)

How do you say Saosin.. someone told me it's like Say-ocean, but which syllable is stressed, SAY-oh-shin, say-OH-shin, or is it say-oh-SHIN (if you understand what I mean)

Augustana- Does the last 2 syllables rhyme with Donna, or Banana?

ALEXISONFIRE is pronounced -ALEX IS ON FIRE.

CHIODOS is pronounced -CHY OH DOSE.

SAOSIN is neither of those, it's pronounced -SAY OH SIN.

also, SAY is the stressed syllable, but it's not over-stressed. you basically say it in an easy flow.

AGUSTANA is pronounced -AUGUST ON UH.




i am COMPLETLY positive about all of these. the first three are just a few of my favorite bands, and i've seen them live. and augustana was on a tv show i was watching. =)
