This is kind of wierd and I don't mean to be all snooty when I say it...
I love to go shopping, I love going to get my toenails done, I love going out to eat at fancy restaurants. But the thing is, my friends hate doing that kind of stuff. I would be like "Lets go get our toes done!" and they would be like "lol, No, thats stupid". I DO admit it. I'm the stereotypical 'Californian' girl who...spends money and goes to the beach and stuff. But is that bad? My friends never like doing that stuff... and I feel stupid. Its not like they don't have the money. We all have the money to do that stuff, they just think its stupid. What should I do? It seems like I'm the only "preppy" girl at school and I don't fit in with anyone. Yet I've lived in my town for 16 years...so its not like I just moved here and don't fit in. I'm just different. Is there anything I can do to convince my friends? How should I handle it? Because it kind of sucks... and I listen to like, Ashlee Simpson, Hilary Duff, and everyone hates those people... I feel so out of the loop, and yet I don't want to be in the loop...I want people to come to my loop.... (link)

yea..thats the same with me..and plus i just moved from florida..and people here are just bums..well i would just go out and either find different friends that would do that kind of stuff and still be friends with the others..or just make that fun getting your nails done and shopping with your siblings(if you have any) or just like a mother daughter day..thats what i do..
