Well I'm an honest, down to earth girl who like's to have fun! currently I'm attending college and hope to graduate as a nurse in four years. I love helping people with any issue, giving advice to people who really need it makes me feel good and nice inside. I guess i would say that i can more relate to love/relationship, education, and family issues since I've gone through allot. so if you have any problem or just a quick question dont hesitate I'm here to help!

Does anyone else find this strange? I had gotten hired 3 months ago at a new store. Well I just found out today that my boss wants a criminal record check of everyone in my department. I also found out that it was only my department that needed the criminal record check. There are 7 of us that work in the clothing department. None of us handle cash, we just let people into the change rooms and put out new stock. Wouldnt they have asked us to get a criminal record check before they hired us? It's a little insulting to be honest.
I rate high!

Maybe there have been things going missing in your department and say if someone has a crimnal record of shoplifting, or robbery they can somehow do something about the missing things. or it could always be they wanna find a reason to fire someone one? i dont really know but if you dont have a record you shouldn't have anything to worry about. but i do agree thats really rude that they would ask you after 3 months.

Ok so I still love my ex and he loves me back but i dont want a bf and now my other ex who hurt me basically denying he ever liked me said he just did that so me and my other ex could get together and he wouldnt be in the way, i'm not sure if he's lying to me, but i really want to be with the ex i love but if i even start hanging out with the other one i'll fall for him again too, but he's one of my best friends so what do i do?

Don't get with either of them and move on. put a hold on relationships for now and busy your self with something else like work and or school. you said so your self you don't want a bf now, so don't have one. its not a question of who should you choose but what feels right and obviously this whole thing is pressuring you to the point where your confused, you need to take some time off to think things through and have less pressure. If the guy you love now really feels strongly about you he'll wait for you in the end, so think of this as a test for the both of them, just tell them you want a break from relationships and be alone for a while. after some time passes you'll be able to see who ,or what you really want in life.

Pretend it was the other way around what would you want him to say to you to start a conversation? it would help if you were in this guy's class or worked with him or something. trust me I was so shy before to! maybe even more than you, and i over came it by being nice and just talking about whatever. there will come a time where you will have to hint you like him and then eventually give him your number. here ill give you the sentence i said to this guy i liked when i gave him my number

me:(while looking at his eyes) so.. do you have a pen and paper?

him:(looking through his pocket) yea here

me:(while writing my cell number down)this is because i liked talking to you so much today

him:(smiling and taking the paper) thanks

p.s. he called me the same day and asked me out! so yea that line totally worked for me. the key is you have to be mysterious. act like you kind of have interest in him but not so much ok and you'll be fine
