ok so i know this guy and i have known him for a long time but i dont think he knows who i am and i wanna get to know him better! what do i talk about with him? i dont kno like what conversations to start or anything like i dont like him as a bf but i just want to know him as a friend better thats all.

well... dont think about what you are going to say to him! Just talk to him like you are tlkin to your other friends! Talk about like what he likes to do and what he did that day and like what sports he does!!!

hey i am going to formal soon and i got a dress and its really long down to the floor and stuff but soo pretty. and so then i find out everyone is wearing like shorter drsses like to their shins but mien is past the floor so wat do i do? i dont wanna be over dressed but i love this dress... wat wud u do (link)

wear it!!!! be yourself, you dont need to look like everyone! If anything i bet people will come and compliment you about how pretty it looks on you... stand out a bit if everyone is wearing short dresses and if it bothers you that much go and get it himmed.. just be who you wanna be and not think about what everyone else thinks .....
