So, there's this girl. And, well, I'm not entirely sure what she's doing, but basically she's being mean to me.(Ignoring me, not making eye contact with me on purpose, avoiding me but not being at all discrete about it...) It's nothing big, but she's a cool person and it's kind of annoying that she treats me like that. I can't figure out if she likes me and she's playing hard to get, or if she's just a flirt, and that's how she flirts, or if she's trying to tell me she doesn't like me, or if she's just trying to be funny... Frankly, I don't care. Well, that's not true, but that's not what this question is about. How do I get her to stop?

the only way to get her to stop is to confront her about it. just text her or go up to her at school, and start a conversation. bring it up during the conversation, just say something like "hey ive noticed that youve kinda been ignoring me, did i do something wrong?" that is definately the best sentence for a guy to say to a girl. who knows, maybe she was doing it unknowingly. ive done that before to people, and i dont do it on purpose, theres just a lot on my mind. she could be trying to get you to want her, and it looks like its working. if you have feelings for her, just tell her and tell her that your getting frustrated because you cant tell if shes mad or if shes flirting or if shes doing something else, she'll most likely tell you the truth.

so, I have this guy friend. we're not like super close or anything, but it's not like I don't know him at all. and I'm thinking I kind of like him. like, he gave me a hug on Thursday and it was so nice (usually no one ever gives me hugs--not that I don't like hugs, it just never happens..idk w/e) because he just came up to me and gave this super big hug. and I was like wow this is nice. and I've been thinking about it all weekend....only problem is that I don't know how to tell my friends about it--I'm afraid that they'll laugh at me, because they're all sort of friends with him too, and I'm pretty sure they don't see me with him at all. I need help figuring out exactly what I am thinking and stuff....like how to tell my friends, because I want to find out if he likes me too...idk I think it'd just be nice.

i dont know how old you are or anything, but from experience dont tell your friends right now. if you have one best friend that wont tell anyone, you can talk to her about it. but i would avoid telling a bunch of people because they might tell him and exagerate how you said it, and it might wierd him out.

if you wanna know how he feels, kind of test him before you actually confront him about it.

ask if he wants to hang out, and if he invites more people to come with you guys, he doesnt think of you guys as more than friends; yet.

if you're too impatient to wait, then tell your friends and ask them to ask him, but that usually doesnt work.

the best thing is to just ask him one time, if youre talking one on one online or on the phone or at school, its alright to be embarrased, who knows, maybe hes embarassed to bring it up with you!

the only sure way to know is to talk to him about it, dont listen to anyone else.
