If she has started her period then yes she can. There is a low chance of her being pregnant if you used protection i.e condoms, the pill etc. But honestly, intercourse under the age of 16 (UK) or 18 (US) is illegal. If she is somehow pregnant, after taking precautions, at your age, maybe you should consider abortion.
Personally I don't believe in it but it could mess up your lives at such a young age. I wish you well.
