I keep having weird dreams and I don't know if they're anything to worry about or not. They kind of weird me out, especially since theyre so vivid and often times, violent. Most disturbingly, they involve violent acts against people I care about.

Recently, I had a dream involving my sixteen year old fraternal twin sons. My relationship with my son, Aaron hasn't been great the past year and a half or so, but for about the past month, things have been going so much better. Then Thursday night, I had a dream that my son, Joe was kidnapped. The scene my mind came up with was disturbing. He was laying on a bed on his side with his hands handcuffed behind his back, one of his ankles was handcuffed to the bed, he had duct tape over his eyes, and they way he was begging to be let go was heart breaking. He was stabbed in the leg, had the palm of his hand slashed, and was either shot or shot at before Aaron ran in to help and was stabbed in the neck right through the carotid artery. They both survived and when I woke up, even though it was just a dream, I felt so much closer to Aaron and so much more protective of both of them.

I take a certain vitamin for metabolism that happens to be a natural blood thinner and Friday, I took a higher dosage of it than usual. Friday night, I had a dream that I was shot three times in the head, but all the bullets did was destroy my scalp. In wasn't what you would call realistic, but all of the skin on the top of my head was missing and the blood pouring from my head was like water. People tried to help me, but I bled to death and if that isn't bad enough, the same exact thing was happening to my son, David. He was dying and there was nothing I could do about it.

I've had all kinds of dreams of this nature and I'm starting to wonder what that means. Am I a sick, mentally disturbed person for being able to come up with this stuff? Am I a sick mother? What could be fueling these dreams? Most importantly, how can I stop them? (link)
Ouch! Those dreams are bad! Ive had those myself!!
Yes,vitamins and pills can affect our dreams!! In fact I would even consider it a side effect

If you must take what you are taking, take a look at what you eat at dinnertime as this can also affect you.
I reccommend eating a banana and rubbing behind your ears for 5 minutes for a more peaceful rest.
You may not be a religious person, but a prayer can help, just ask for sweet and peaceful dreams. We cant do much as individuals to protect our dreams, only the Heavenly Father can.
I believe what you would benefit from is a day at the spa because it can relax your mind and cleanse away body impurities
I also suggest, that a friend will be able to go with you and drive you home since you will be serene
I hope these suggestions help!
May your dreams be peaceful!
