I've been getting the cold, and strep throat a lot. I want to go outside and pay in the snow, but it's either too cold or I've got the cold. I want to know how to prevent the cold. Any ideas??????????? (link)

Are you sure it's strep? The only way to know for sure is for your doc to do a culture. Strep isn't a virus, it's a bacteria, and the only way to get rid of bacteria is through antibiotics. Viruses can cause really bad sore throats too, so you need to know what you are dealing with. If you get colds a lot try to get more vitamin C and Zinc into your system, wash your hands thoroughly and often, also you may want to try a probiotic, it's supposed to support your immune system, make sure to get enough sleep, and eat right. Hope you feel better soon.
