I just bought these long black leggings but im not sure what to wear them with ? like with shorts or boots ..and is it ok if i just wear them as "jeans"? (link)

You can wear them with boots, shoes, flats, anything:) just make sure whatever you wear on top covers your back. Leggings can be revealing and u may not want that. U can wear sweaters, long shirts, hoodies, anything:) black matches with anything good luck!
