hi im 15/f and he is almost 17/m we have been really good friends for over a year now. we talk about everything who we have liked our bf/gf everything. i have kinda liked him before but i dont think right now is a good time for us to be together since he is like family. recently he has been acting different around me things like rubbing my hand in church or just holding my hand during a play he only does it when i cant really say anything without disrupting everyone which he knows i wont do. after he held my hand he didnt come to church for a while so i didnt see him now he only comes sometimes and when he does he doesnt really make an effort to talk to me anymore. i think we would make a great couple in a few years but right now i just want us to go back to being really close friends. how should i approach him? and how should i act to make him understand i think we should just be friends?
OK so If you have problems at all about your friends or school or other things tell him about it ask him for advice and tell him you really need him and act or really feel down and he will know you need his support right now. Then he will comfort you and give you a really good advice and then you hug him and say these words " Thank you so much (his name) your such a great friend. If he thinks you like him after that you can pretend or actually think you like someone and ask him for advice. He'll know you like someone else and that your taken, but its really going to hurt his feelings :( or if any of them don't work just talk to him about it. If he's really your best guy friend he'll wait for you. I really hope I helped. Good Luck!
