Okay my sister is 15 and i don't know what we(me and my Mom) can do for her birthday. My mom just had a baby so there not much we can do with her.Here some stuff about us. Four girl so nothing boy like. Most likely my mom will want to be back at 7:00 pm 8:00 pm at the late. We are not morning people. Her birthday on a monday. (link)

Well give her a Mary-Kay party... thats make-up.... or take her to get her permit... i recently turned 15 and my parents too me and a few friends to see a movie, then the next day they took me to get my permit.... and that was a good bday for me... or my friend she had a make up party where her and a couple friends got make overs and stuff like that. And my other best friend had a salon day where we all went to the salon and got our nails done... I hope this helps you come up with an idea...
