My friend cuts herself.She did a couple of years ago too,but stopped.She has started again.I noticed today in math on her wrist she had about 10 tiny slits.I asked her what happened,but she said her cat attacked her,but she looked and answered nervous.What should I do? (link)

Talk to your friend about it. I used to do the same thing as your friend and what I needed most is support from my friends. Most likely, she wants somebody to talk to and she needs a friend that she can rely on. Be that friend, and try and help her through it. That was one thing that my friends never did and it was the reason why it was hard for me to stop. If it gets out of hand and she gets suicidal, definitely get her some help. Just don't leave her because you're scared. You and you're friend with be in my prayers. Good Luck.
