Hey guys! I'm Kaylie. I will be as straightforward, and honest as I possibly can. Feel free to ask me anything!

I'm M/16. I think I'm becoming very unhealthy. This summer I have been eating like a pig, lots of bacon, hot dogs, lots of burgers. I've also been eating a lot of McDonalds. Not every day though, every couple of days. I don't like going out to stay in shape because its way too hot. I usually go for long bike rides. Once a month I go for long jogs, last month I did 12 laps without stopping & this month I did 20. But I've definitely gained weight this summer and I want to go back to school in shape. Are there any quick ways to lose about 5 lbs.? Any type of work outs that don't require a machine? I don't know much about working out and calorie stuff.

I totally get that it's too hot to go jogging, but, you can go later in the evening. Trust me, it is so much nicer to go out later in the day. Of course, it is going to get colder, so you really can't go jogging in the freezing cold for so long, so one idea is that you could run up and down your stairs, which is equivalent to jogging outside. Also, it's fine to eat stuff like burgers and hot dogs, but don't eat them all the time. My suggestion is that you add some healthy foods like salad, veggies, and fruit to your meals, and drink a lot of water throughout the day. That will also help you lose weight. As for McDonalds, it's fine to go out to eat, but limit your time when you go there. You can go out once or twice a month, or you don't even have to go out every month. To be honest, when you eat food at home, it tends to be more healthier. I hope I helped.
