when i was in middle school i was in love with this guy who said he didnt feel the same way although secretly he did he it was a small school i knew everyone and he was popular me not so much because of who my friends were but i loved him for four years and maybe more i just finished 12th grade and i still think about him sometimes and i havent seen him or talked to him since 8th grade i dont know how to get him outta of my head im with an amazing guy for 2 years now and i feel guilty when i think about him then guy i loved was mean to me but i dont know how to forget and let go any ideas (link)

yes he crosses your mind so what? things happen and by the time he will have to be out of your mind like you said your with an amazing guy a lot better then him... 4 years went by and there was no talking really between you too.. so now you have this new guy that for sure cares and loves you and I think you shouldnot even be asking this question , focus on him more and less on other guys .. its hard but if you really do love him and like him you should really be able to put this guy aside.. only time can heal it.. unfortunatley but it will and it will.. you just need to stop thinking about it like you are when you write this...just let him go force him into the back of your mind and he will soon dissappear delete him off anything you have too.. non connections and it will soon eb gone
