I got my period 10 1/2 months ago. How do i tell my mom i got my period. I really need help.

I know you're probably embarrassed.
I was when I got mine too. But I realized that in order to be able to handle it properly, I needed to tell my mother. So I told her the day I got it.
She's your mom, she won't make fun of you. She will help you. And educate you on how to properly care for yourself when that time of the month comes around. Actually, my mom was nearly in tears when I told her. She was happy her little girl was growing up.
Just tell her when she's alone. Or ask her if you can talk to her alone for a minute if you can't find a time when she is alone.
It's not something you need to bring up in casual conversation.
Just say, "Mom, I got my period. Can you tell me how to handle it?"
