Well you said it yourself a guy will stare and flirt. He will talk to you for no real reason. Also he might flirt with others girls within your vicinity. The best way to make a guy like you is to dress like you available and flirt with his friends in front of him. Make sure his friends are really into flirting and ignore the guy you really like. If he talks to you pretend to be not interested.
