advice

17/f My problem is that there's this, i guess you could call him my friend - he's actually my teacher but i'm a sixth year and we live in a small community so we know each other out of school. He's also gay before anyone comes to any conclusions about whats going on - but he been acting strange for the past week or two. He's not his usual cheery self or even his sarcastic or grumpy self, it's like he's completely vacant. usually when we're together, we're laughing or joking around, we do talk seriously but usually that's not necessary, however at the moment, it's almost awkward when we're together. Uncomfortable. What i need advice on is whether i should ask what the heck his problem is or just let him work it all out, because despite everything he's still my teacher.
by the way i'm pretty sure it's nothing to do with his home life because i work with his partner and he seems fine.
cheers

i think you should ask him what is wrong because even though he is you teacher, he is also your friend and if he felt something was wrong with you he would probably and if he doesn't want to tell you, just respect it and tell him you will be there for him if he needs anything.

hope i helped!
if you have any questions just ask.
