The person below me needs to take a health class. Sperm doesn't die when it hits air or clothing, but its super rare that sperm can swim through clothing, especially his clothing and your clothing. Like the smallest chance ever so I wouldn't worry about it. If he didn't go near your butt it's probably from yourself. You're fine. And you might want to see a doctor about how irregular your period is, that isn't normal to get it once a year.
