Q: ok to start off im 14 and my gf is 13.shes my first girlfreind and im her first boyfreind.so i can sorta get y she i shy when it comes to saying i love you and other couple stuff but we have been dating 4 three months and we havent held hands,kissed, or even hugged but we have said i love you but she gets sorta uncertain about sayin but says it and means it.i just wanna get her out of her shell and dont get me wrong im pretty shy too but im trying to do these things but just havent been able to though but we still have a really good relationship i just want to take it to the next level so please help me any way you can

Well, you said it was her first relationship, so she is probably very nervous, because she doesn't want to ruin it or anything.
You should try and think of a way to make her feel more comfortable with you. You could also make the first move. Try and hug her or hold her hand.

ok i know shes nervous and i am too but ive tried to make the first move befor but that got screwed up and we had a problem but fixed it and we havent hung out besides at school in like 3 weeks but we still see each other a bunch and i understand how she could be nervous and all im just tryong to get her out of it

Hi,
