So I was sleeping. It was like a deep sleep. I'm M/15, and I ate well that day. I awoke to a hit to the face, I felt the stun in my two front teeth, my head jerked back, and my whole area of vision turned white, it was as if a camera flashed in my face.It happened very very fast. I sleep with my mouth slightly open. As I looked around my room, I was alone, dark and quiet, zero movement. I suddenly got the chills and rushed to my parents room. (I was tearing during and after the thing happened)I did not fall asleep until dawn. I did not recall ANY dreaming when it happened. What could it have been? It has never happened before. I was sleeping on my side to the right looking toward my wall. Was something trying to get inside me? It was a painless hit. But I really felt it. And what explains the bright flash of white? I couldn't go back to sleep. Was the white light protecting me? I think I was not meant to see it or feel it, but I did. Maybe I was astral projecting and something tried to enter my body right when I entered. ???? Any one know? Any Ideas? (link)

wow ya that is werid, well the onything i can think about is either you were dreamin this or, maybe it was a spirit or something. may sounds werid but iv read and seen on tv that spirits can do that. then either before or after the person feels very cold, thats cause the spirit is there. I dont know how else you could explain that. But maybe you should do some reasearch and see if anything happened in your house in the past. Could have something to do with the unknown, some things happen that people just cant prove why. Do some reasearch, and just be aware of what happens in ur house and especially in your room. Dont be scared. nothing really bad can happen to you. And i suggest you tell your parents so they can be on the lookout too. Thanx : ) I just found out that alot of my family can astral project. They said thats it. It's when your spirit leaves the body. The creepy thing is that some of us can control it and visit places & people. When the spirit returns theres like a jump in the body as if your hit.
