I'm not sure how, i've done some before, and it feel likes I am taking way to long, i feel like the guy is just laying there rolling his eyes, and i just feel akward, like I'm failing or somethings.

well it depends on what you are doing right now? most of them like you to switch it up alittle. suck the tip at times but then suck the whole thing. they normally like you to suck the whole thing but you can switch it up alittle bit by sucking hard for alittle bit and then get harder. getting better comes with practice but he for sure is not rolling his eyes, you are pleasuring him and he will like it no matter what.
