I have problem I don't last long when having sex. I get too excited when at the foreplay stage then when I actually come to the sex part I don't last long at all. Is there any advice people can give me please (link)

if you're a guy, this is pretty normal. men don't generally last very long during sex. did you know the average time that sex should take is 7 minutes? :O true. anyways, my advice to you is since you get excited easily, you probably don't have much of a problem getting erect, right? so just as soon as you get an erection, go at it. skip foreplay. or some guys know how to "hold it in" but since i'm not a dude, i couldn't tell you how to do that :\ hopefully someone thats a guy will tell you how to do that.
