I use the sock method to curl my hair because I don't like using heat when I don't have to. However, they seem to fall out pretty easy, even if they have hairspray AND gel. Any ideas?

hair dressers usually use this thing called "set" i dont know the technical term.
if used rightit will make ursl stay in for days.. you know if you dont brush. next time ask your hairdresser when your there if its available to buy

also on the gel front. having lots of poducts in cirls can weigh them down. misty/snowy weather will also moisten your hair to make them "uncurl" too
